Articulate storyline not opening

Hi There

Thursday afternoon this error message popped up and I am unable to access storyline. I have been doing the updates as requested and prompted. When I click install latest version, it tells my I already have the latest version. See attachment. 

Please advise...

Hi,

I and my teammate are also having this error. We could not run Articulate 360 or storyline.

At one point, we were asked to install the latest version of AR360. After installing it, we got the message that we already have the latest version. However, Articulate is still not working.

Please advise.
