We have created a course in storyline 3 and when we use it in Safari browser, the text shows some strange language. And also the original text goes missing.
Please find attached the images and provide the solution ASAP. This is critical for us. We are using 6 Storyline licenses.
Thanks for those details, Bharat. And for giving those solutions a try!
Your screenshot had me do a double-take! After some digging, I found that we have an open issue in Storyline 360 where Chinese characters do not show correctly in Safari. I was able to recreate this behavior in Storyline 3, and it looks like no other browser is affected.
Great question. After more searching, I'm seeing that the current workaround is to use other browsers while we look into this behavior in Safari.
I'm so sorry for the trouble this bug has caused, and I can appreciate that the available workaround might not be ideal. I shared this discussion with our Support Engineers to see if we can try to find other approaches. Expect an email shortly, and here's the case's unique, private upload link if you can share the .story file. I'll also follow along and share all relevant updates here!

Hi there, Bharat. Thanks for being such a good customer, and I'm sorry that you're having issues with your course output in Safari!
Check out the first solution in this article about missing letters and incorrect fonts. If that doesn't help, we're happy to have a closer look!
Hi Crystal,
Thanks for your reply.
I have not hosted this content on the LMS, and we have tested the output in Safari browser.
Can you provide the solution for this output to run smoothly on safari browser?

IS THERE A TEMPORARY WORK AROUND LIKE MAKING CHANGES INSIDE THE SAFARI SETTINGS SO AS TO MAKE THE CHINESE/MANDARIN SAFARI COMPATIBLE?
