Unfortunately there is no way to change the behavior, Tempshare is built to be temporary for testing purposes and so files are cleared out after reaching the 10 day mark automatically. If you need a more permanent link, you may want to look into using one of these services:
Amazon S3: Amazon S3 offers free hosting with generous usage limits. If you go over your limit, you'll be charged a graduated fee.
Dropbox: Place your published output in the Public folder in your Dropbox account to share it with others.
Google Drive: Change the story.html file to index.html, and set the sharing permissions to Public. Here's how.
Hello. I have been using it extensively in the last weeks with success, and today, the publishing step stops at 99% and I get no lionk. Is there something I can do to get a link? I am in the last steps of reviewing the material and I am concerned I cannot continue no.
Has your browser or Flash version changed? I'm able to successfully publish to Tempshare using Google Chrome and Flash version 12. Please let us know if you're able to try again and upload today.
Hi just a follow up to that...is there any sort of "limit" to the size of the ZIP file we can upload? I tried with different browsers to upload a file about 168MB large and it gets to 99% then shuts down too.
Our team is currently investigating an issue with Tempshare as we've been able to reproduce the loading problem with files that were around 50+ slides or a particular file size. We'll update this thread when we have additional information to share.
Tempshare is hanging at 99% publish. We are unable to upload out 20MB Storyline project to Tempshare. We are confused because we have been using Tempshare all the way through the project. (Tempshare is great, by the way.) But starting yesterday it began freezing at 99% publish. We have not changed anything in our uploading machines. Please help.

Also, if you'd like to share the course here (20 mb is the limit for forum uploads) I can test uploading that specific course to Tempshare for you as well.
Hi, I have a course that I can't upload to tempshare. It gets stuck at 99%. It's 105,886 KB and when it's zipped its 96560 KB. I thought that was way under the size thresh hold. The course has a few screen casts in it. Could that be contributing to the issue? help?

Hi. I may be running into a similar issue. I've tried using TempShare in Chrome, Firefox, and IE, but it's getting stuck at different percentages across them (100%, 99%, 93%). The file is about 56 MB. A few times it started counting up and then dropped back to 0%.
I actually experienced a similar result with your zipped published output. I just replied to you via e-mail in your case so that I could take a look at the .story file and look further.

The maximum size for files uploaded to Tempshare is 300 MB.
What browser are you trying it in?
