We've encountered an issue in which storyline generates an URI in the published course that includes a back slash as opposed to the expected forward slash.
We are experiencing that parts of our course breaks when run in FireFox. If we inspect the DOM and replace the \ with a / inline we get the video to play.

What update of Storyline 2 are you using? I see that there was an issue that looks like it was fixed in the latest update 5 and you can download this here.
