As of this week I cannot use the content picture library in Articulate. I am logged into Articulate without issues. I also can work in Storyline, Rise and Engage, however when I want to insert a picture, icon, illustration or video, I receive below error message.
How can I solve this? Our IT department states it is not our firewall that is in the way.
