As of this week having issues with Content Library

As of this week I cannot use the content picture library in Articulate. I am logged into Articulate without issues. I also can work in Storyline, Rise and Engage, however when I want to insert a picture, icon, illustration or video, I receive below error message. 

How can I solve this? Our IT department states it is not our firewall that is in the way.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble downloading items from the content library. 

Can you please ask your IT department to take a look at the article below, so they can check the network endpoints and ports listed here:

If you are still having problems after those are added to your allow list, I encourage you to open a support case with our engineers so we can see what's going on.
