Ask learner to enter text and generate a print of his/her answers?

Hi Storyline users community, I am starting with Storyline and need to know if it is possible in a module to ask the learner to enter some text in reply to questions, and then that he/she can get a print out of his/her answers (pdf or Word)? The print-out should show the questions and answers.
