Assessment reporting

I'm not sure if anyone can answer this question.
We have 3 assessments that we require reporting on. I have set the publishing to LMS 2004. The student does the assessment and then submits and Python report that is pulled from the LMS data sometime comes up blank were the student's answer is suppose to be, but it isn't all the time it is very random.
We put in a ticket with our LMS provider and they did say one other customer is having the same issue but they say the problem is with Storyline.
Has anyone ever experienced this and knows how I can fix the issue?
It is very annoying because it is so inconsistent.

We are happy to work with you to find the fix! First, I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM cloud to see if the same behavior happens in another LMS environment.
Next, I'll want our Support Engineers to work with you directly in a support case. You can upload your .story file so they can test your file on their end.
I'll keep an eye on your case to see what the fix is!
Hi Lauren, thank you so much. I tested in SCORM Cloud and the results displayed but I don't know how to check to see if the answers I picked per question pulled over.
