Result slide and Totara LMS reporting different value
Hi there,
We recently had customers reporting that the score they saw on their result slide is different than the score on the grade book on the LMS.
We managed to replicate the issue by starting the assessment and then waiting for the timeout then only completing it.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to solve this issue?

Working with an LMS can be very specific, so we recommend first testing your course with SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!
If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, then I would advise you to reach out to Totara for more information.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you need our help testing, my recommendation would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.

Is that the LMS timeout? Or the timer on the course? What is the different scores being reported?

I'll test it in SCORM cloud to see how it behaves.
Phil, we have a 30 minutes timeout, we have a result slide reporting a 90% score and the LMS reporting anywhere between 30 to 60% the detailed report shows fewer questions than there should be.
