we have created an assessment with 8 different topic Question banks, total of 30 Questions which we pool 15 questions. we face different score in fail attempt, particularly when we get 7 questions right. we got this issue in SABA LMS.
Note: we reached till result page and closed the course.

It sounds like you had some questions about how your LMS is tracking scores from your Storyline 360 course. I'd be happy to help with that!
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine if an issue lies with the .story file or the LMS itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud and it reports the scores as expected, then the issue is likely LMS based.
Also, I would suggest enabling LMS debug mode before reaching back out to SABA for support. It’s an easy way to see exactly what your AICC, SCORM, or cmi5 content is sending to the LMS and how the LMS is responding.
If the course doesn’t work in SCORM Cloud, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your file to investigate what's going on! You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
Thanks for the additional details! Since your content work properly at SCORM Cloud but not in Saba LMS, I recommend opening a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. Your LMS provider may request a debug log to help identify the problem.

the score in the popup seems correct: 7/15 -> 46.66
the score in the list view is extremly weird: 10/30 or 5/15 -> 33.33
what does saba support say about the problem?

the SABA team is saying that the issue was from Storyline. however, pass criteria is working fine.

we tested the package in scorm cloud and its working fine. the issue was only with saba, and we can see 2 different scores in communication log.

all values for the score seems ok, how many tries you allow for the test, more than 2 ?
