I have an assessment, with 2 tries and then the review. In the assessment I have set the questions to random and used a variable to number the questions (x of y).
When I start the review, and use the Prev btn & Next btns (2nd time), the question numbers keep increasing. Is there a way to have the question number increased just once per slide?
I'm happy to help! I appreciate you sharing your project with us. After taking a look, I'm also noticing the question number increases when reviewing the quiz. In that case, I've added a new trigger to set the question number variable to 1 when the timeline starts on the Question 1 slide. I've also added a trigger to set the question number variable to two when the timeline starts on the Question 2 slide.

Thanks for your help! But I can't really tell if the question numbers are increasing , since for some reason the Next/Prev btns don't appear on the 2nd question and Submit btn is not hidden.
That's odd! I see both the previous and next buttons when reviewing the quiz. I'm also seeing that the submit button is hidden. Take a look at this quick screen recording where I explain what see on my end. Link
