After the window appears stating there is an update for Storyline2, I click on 'Yes' to proceed. My option is clear, so I click on the 'Download Now' button which directs me to log in. I enter my user name and password which takes me back to the page with the 'Download Now' button. I click on the button and get redirected back to the log in page, and so on and so on. I am caught in this loop. Any ideas on why this is happening?
