I have received a question from our IT department about audio and video encoding within our eLearning modules (SL2). I'm not entirely sure I understand the question but was hoping you might be able to shed some light on it:
"If you can please find out from the developer which MP3 filter they use and also the same with the MP4 filter. I am guessing they are using Lame mp3 filter for audio and maybe directshow mp4 for video. "
Hi Harri. How the software converts audio and video is proprietary information. Why are they requesting this information? Are they having any technical issues they need help with in terms of playing back Storyline content?

Oh i see... well the short answer is no we are not having technical difficulties with audio and video in Storyline 2
