Audio begins part of the way through

Hello, I've had a couple folks testing my course in Review360 and in an LMS and on 9 different slides (using both those review methods) the audio starts part of the way through where it's supposed to. I have not had this issue, but both of the testers have. 

In the attachement I have a screenshot of one of the slides that is not working. The audio says: "Let’s learn how to pass along complete and correct information that helps all Kootenai team members create a great patient experience." but they only hear the audio starting at the word 'complete'. 

Any ideas are appreciated.

It sounds like some of the learners viewing your Storyline 360 course were experiencing issues with audio playback. I'd be happy to help!

I just had a follow-up question first:

  • Are the affected course viewers using a different browser than those who are able to view the course without an issue?

Also, if you would be willing to share the project file here in the discussion or privately through a support case I'd be happy to test it out on my end to see if I can reproduce the same behavior. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
