Audio bug on Android devices
Jan 15, 2014
Hello,
I know that android devices are not supported but I would like to know if someone has had this problem before.
In recent android devices, sound seems to be overspeeded. In iOs devices and computer using the html5 version sound is normal.
I have done some tests downsampling the audio file to 22khz, in this case it works normally in android but super slow in the rest of devices.
Even with the recommendend parametres for audio
wav, 44khz, 16bit, I still having the same problem.
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Hi Jose,
I just wanted to welcome you to the Heroes community, and I know although it's not supported lots of other users mention testing on Android, so I hope they're able to help you out here.
I have a similar issue. My scorm package plays on a Samsumg galaxy tablet using Google chrome for androids, but I have no sound.
We use Articulate storyline 1.
Hi Marie Pierre,
Storyline 1 content may work on some Android devices. However, Articulate does not officially support Android devices or browsers. Click here to review the system requirements for authoring and viewing Storyline content.
