We have a SL file that starts with a video and audio is set to start upon opening of this module. When the learner take the course the audio does not start until the learner interacts with the course. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks for reaching out! What you're describing with the audio makes sense as more and more browsers change their autoplay policies. I am surprised that your video is still playing automatically though. Do you see a Play button when the course is launched?
