Audio Dropping - Published Content

We've been experiencing issues with audio dropping off mid-slide in published Storyline 360 files. We've been publishing from our local computer to avoid latency. We've also discovered that the audio will complete all the way through in some browsers, but not others, and there is no consistency on which browser works.

Everything works as is it should in Storyline before publishing and in Review 360. Anybody else experiencing this? Thoughts on how to fix?

Hi Kaylee,

Happy to help clarify! If you view a Storyline 360 course on your local hard drive (or send it to others to view on their local hard drives), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that can cause various features of the course to fail.

If your course functioned well in preview and in Review 360, it sounds like it's working as it should!
