Hi Claire,

We'll likely need to take a look at the problematic audio file and try importing it into Storyline as well. Are you using SL1 or SL2? Are you on the most recent update for each (Update 8 and 3, respectively)? You can check by going to the Help tab and clicking on About Articulate Storyline. 

Also, did you look at Leslie's recommendation in terms of converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV?
