Audio File to Play Throughout Storyline Module

Hello, 

I am currently using Storyline360 and am attempting to set up background audio throughout my module. I have found several threads, going back many years, asking about this feature, and am wondering if there is any update to the situation? 

At best I would like to be able to play a background audio file throughout the entire presentation (other than while videos are playing), however, at a minimum, I would like to be able to play the background audio file during my quizzes (each have approximately three questions). I have investigated using layers to include the multiple quiz questions, and then embed the audio file on the base layer, however given my quiz questions are not all the same format (e.g. multiple choice, then drag and drop etc.), this doesn't seem to be possible. 

I understand there is a coding workaround, however this is not what I am looking for - I produce modules which clients then load onto their own LMS, and I have had issues with some of their platforms blocking the background audio when inserted in this way. 

I am hoping there has been an update to the available features that I have missed, that will allow me to embed background audio. 

I would be grateful for any advice.
