Audio files are exported as 0 bytes

Hello,
I inherited a storyline originally created in 2013 (not sure which version of story line). I imported the project into 360 and it seems to have converted everything over. However, the audio was not working in Preview mode or when Published. After doing some digging I discovered the MP3s are 0 bytes after export. The audio file does play correctly when I click on the "Preview" button from the AUDIO TOOLS->OPTIONS section, but that is the only time it ever works.

Hi there Nick,
Sorry to hear you're running into this! Are both the original project and the Storyline 360 project saved locally? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior and loss of resources, so you'll want to be sure you're working from your local drive. Just to clarify, when you click Export Audio from the Audio Option ribbon, the files saves with 0 bytes?
If you're still having trouble, we'd like to take a look at the original file and try the SL360 upgrade on our end. You can attach it here or send it to us privately, if you'd prefer.
I am using the files locally. Export Audio does produce a valid audio file. Here is a link to my .story file (it is 50+ megs so I cannot email it).

Hey there Nick,
I just clicked on your link and got a 404 error. Would you mind sharing a new link?

I'm sorry Nick, that link still isn't working. You can try sending only a portion of the file, preferably a few slides with audio. That way the file size will be smaller, and you can attach it directly to this thread using the Add Attachment button.
I am attaching a screenshot of the link working. I don't know why the link is not working for you. I works in FF,Chrome and IE for me.

Hi there Nick,
I'm sorry, but I'm still not able to open the link. I'm using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit). I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf (01014318) because I know you want to get this resolved as soon as possible. One of our Engineers will contact you by email very soon, so keep an eye on your inbox for a message from Support@Articulate.com.
