Make a numeric variable that has 1 added going when the audio plays. On the same slide as the audio set a trigger to play the audio only on the condition that the variable is 0 or less than 1. Should work a dream.
see if the attached update to your file works. I created a T/F variable called Review and set a trigger to change it to True when the user clicks the Review button on the result slide.
I set another trigger to stop the media on the quiz slide when the timeline starts on condition Review = true.

variables are working, but am getting correct response while adding to triggers.
One is to stop media once its true.
Also trigger media once its false.
