Audio issues and IE10

I am having issues with audio courses with courses that have not had them before, but in v 8.2 of SumT and now also when I publish to the Web, and not an LMS. See attachment.
Thinking the issue might with the imsmanifest, since I had been trouble with it, I uninstalled Storyline 2. Then did a complete reinstall, and left the file alone. This works fine in SCORM Cloud, but in the NLC the same issue still appears.
We use IE 10, but I also have Chrome. When the Web version would not work in IE10, I tested it in Chrome, and the audio played fine. Is there something going on with IE10 and Storyline?

Hi, Melissa -- Thanks for your question! As you mentioned you have already uninstalled and reinstalled, and that everything is functioning properly via the SCORM Cloud, I would recommend that you reach out to our Support Engineers via this form for additional technical insights.
