Up until today, the audio was present when I played a slide in Story View mode. Today, it will not play. It plays during preview and publishing and the audio is otherwise working on all areas of my computer. The audio icon to the lower left of the slide is "on". It is this way on multiple presentations. I can't seem to find a reason why. My software is updated and I did try restarting the program and computer.

Sorry you're running into this, Brynn! What version of Storyline are you using?
Could you share a quick screen recording of how the audio isn't playing in Story View? That will help me narrow down why this is happening. Thanks!
360. It's working today but has been intermittently not working. It happens on different files as well.
Hi Brynn. It sounds like the timeline preview isn't playing audio for you. I didn't notice anything weird in my instance of Storyline 360.
Since it's happening on more than one file, let's look at a couple of options:
