I am having an issue with one slide where the audio won't play unless the user clicks pause and then play. This only happens on one slide in a template another team member created, and happens in the same place in different files using the same template. Deleting and replacing the audio doesn't help. Any ideas? I'm going crazy!
If you are unable to replicate the behavior using the same audio file in a different slide, there's a chance that the issue is isolated to the slide that your team member created. Would you be willing to share a copy of the template file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thanks! I added an audio file to the title slide, the slide right before it, and that fixed the issue!
