We are having a strange technical issue where audio is not playing in Microsoft Edge (our default browser). When a user inserts their headphones/ headset the audio does not work yet in speaker mode (without headset) the audio works completely fine.
Any ideas? Is this a known error with Storyline published files. We've not had an issue before yet realised yesterday that our recent modules created in Storyline all have the same problem.

Thanks so much for taking the time to test that in SCORM Cloud! You may need to follow up with SuccessFactors to see why the .mp4 voiceovers are causing issues and what they recommend as everything seems to work well in SCORM Cloud.

We use SuccessFactors. I know our IT, and I also believe SuccessFactors recommends using Chrome.

I'm curious if you are able to replicate the issue in another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud, or if the issue is limited to your LMS.

Hi Leslie, the course and audio works fine in SCORM Cloud! (SCORM Cloud on both Google Chrome and MS Edge)
The MP4 videos within the course work fine on our LMS, but the MP4 voiceover does not - very strange
