Audio on Android 7 not working

Wondering what we can do about audio files not working on Storyline 2 (update 11) files using Android 7 with Chrome 57. I see a lot of older discussions, Android 4 & 5, but nothing with 7 yet. We have to produce courses for customers that want to use mobile devices, and all of a sudden, the audio is not working consistently. Some audio plays, some does not. Within the same slide, audio plays on one layer and not the next. Sometimes if you replay the slide the audio will play, but not always. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Good news, Doug and Yuting! We added support for the latest version of mobile Chrome in Update 12 for Storyline 2. Just download and install the latest Storyline 2 update, then republish your course to take advantage of all the latest features and fixes.

I downloaded the file from the Articulate website that said it is Update 12.
However, when we ran the new install and I started Storyline again and it says I am on Update 11. I double checked that I ran the file I downloaded yesterday, and again this morning.

When you click the Help tab, then About Articulate Storyline, you still see Update 11 there?
Try running this repair, restart your computer after the repair, then reach out to us here if you're still not seeing Update 12. Our Support Engineers are ready to assist!
I also meet Doug's problem. My solution is download the file(Update 12) again.
Thanks, Yuting. After downloading and installing Update 12 a second time, do you now see Update 12 when you click the Help tab, then About Articulate Storyline?
