I am currently working on a project and I have the following problem: when I publish the project in HTML, the audio only plays when I click on the seekbar. I can see that the seekbar time is moving forward but nothing plays, and when I click at the beginning of the seekbar it starts playing the audio.
Please help! I have been struggling with this for days and have a tight deadline very soon.
Don't panic, we're here to help! 🙂 You mentioned the audio doesn't play after the file is published. Where are you hosting the published output?
If you're testing the content locally, you may be encountering security and browser restrictions that could cause the audio to fail. So if you published for Web, uploading it to Tempshare or any other web server will make sure that you can view the content as expected!

As an add-on, when I play the project in preview mode it works perfectly.
