I have a storyline file with audio integrated within. After publishing the course, the sound quality is getting lost. Original sound quality is better than published output. Can anyone please suggest to improve the sound quality?
I have also attached the optimized publishing option screen-shot for your reference.
The default audio export setting is 'optimised' for web delivery, and is just 28kbps lossy, hence the tinny sound. You can change the audio export settings in Presentation Options | Quality - try 128kbps as a bitrate as that usually produces a decent quality stream.
