Although Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio '13 support a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter issues, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
When recording narration in the software, the custom setting allows you to set the bitrate to up 160 kbps, so that does sound correct.

Hi HD! Looks like Michael has jumped in to assist you here. Just let us know if you need anything further.
Will do, thank you.
OK just did, and I see that the best possible Audio quality is downgraded to 160kbps, and I guess it's MP3 and in Mono.
This is a pretty low standard for professional audio quality,
Am I missing something? workaround? future plans to change this?
