Audio sounds metallic on iOS at first load

I'm on the latest version of Storyline 360 (3.19.16600.0) and an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS (12, the version that came out a few days ago), although this happened other times before too, with previous versions of both Storyline and iOS. It also happened with an iPad (not sure which version it was running on).
I published a course, uploaded it to Cloud Scorm to check if tracking was working fine and when I send a link to open it on my iPhone, when it first loads the audio sounds metallic and rough. When I reload the page it works fine, but I can imagine if this happens maybe the users won't know that reloading fixes the problem.
Any idea why this is happening? This isn't the first course with this issue, and I'm not sure if it's an issue exclusive to Cloud Scorm or if it can be replicated in our clients' servers.

Do you have a course sample that we could test too? I've heard of odd audio on iOS devices where it sounded like the Chipmunks, but I've not run into an issue with "metallic" sounding audio.
Also, can you let me know what browsers you're using on your iOS devices? Safari or Chrome's latest versions would work.
Lastly, Storyline 360, build 3.20.16814.0 is the latest version. So I'd recommend downloading and installing that update.
Hi! Sorry for the very late reply... I updated storyline and now running on the latest version, still having this issue, sometimes. We're testing it always on Safari, latest version too.
I tried doing a screen recording but for some reason whenever I turned on screen recording, the sound would be ok, and the moment I turned it off, started sounding metallic again. So I recorded the sound with other means.
Others who have been trying courses in iOS (in the same phone that has been having issues) have told me they haven't encountered this issue recently (I turned off the pop up blocker from Safari, if that helps, directly from the iPhone's settings).
I'm attaching a recording I managed to get with another phone for you to hear how it sounds. It's not the best quality, but it does show what I hear. I managed to get it by toggling on the safari pop up blocker again.

So when you have the pop-up blocker enabled that's when you hear the odd sounding course? That's truly strange! Do you have a course link that we can test as well?
