Audio spread over multiple slides
Oct 16, 2014
Hi Forum!
I've been experimenting with the annoying fact that one cannot have
background audio through multiple slides.
But now I have a workaround that does it for me - and maybe for you!
Instead of building up the scene with slides, use layers instead.
Have the sound loop until the last layer and then stop your audio
either when the timeline stops and/or when the user leaves the slide.
I don't solve the problem with good transition such as cool fadings
but my headache with not having a smooth lounge feeling to my
storyline is gone and it works like a charm.
Enjoy!

Yes, I use the same approach. Here is one example of what looks like a project with several slides. Just like you suggested, I used layers for the various examples and have the audio play/loop on the baselayer.
