I have a Storyline 360 file that starts to play as soon as you open the file. How do I have it begin to play when the user selects the play button?
I know it's some type of trigger, but can't seem to get anything to work?
Q2
Once the course gets underway, the user can select the previous button, but both audio begins to play at the same time. How do I stop the current audio when the user select previous?
The audio plays when I’m in the Rise edit mode. I can be in editing in another module, but when I move to Module 5, both audio tracks beginning playing. As long as it doesn’t play in published mode I guess I’m alright.
Often things will preview or work slightly differently in edit mode which is why it's always recommended to test how the user will interact with the module so if it's working when published that's good.

HI JC
There can be a few reasons why things are happening but it's hard to say without seeing your setup.
Is it possible for you to share your .story file or even the two slides so we can have a look and offer a solution.
Pls. see attached.
Hi JC
which slide are you referring to and are you only previewing the file or have your published to review, web or LMS and it's happening there?
This is the trigger panel from the first slide and I don't see a trigger to start the audio?
It happens when I bring it into Rise.

Hi JC
that link returns an error so I can't see what's happening
So you've built the module in SL and published to review and then inserted the whole module into Rise?
I've just published as a test one slide with audio and it's not automatically playing
Ok, let me see if I can figure it out.
