Has anyone come across an issue using IE 11, where by the audio playing within a published storyline 2 course just stops playing for no reason?
It seems to be random as to where it stops within the course and it takes a reboot of the system to clear the issue, so clearing IE cache doesn't seem to do the job.
It also seems to happen mainly on one spec of system (HP ProBook laptops).
All very strange but if anyone has any ideas, please do let me know.#
I haven't heard of that specific issue, but when you say reboot of system do you mean your entire computer or just the browser itself? I haven't heard of this issue, but I'd advise working with our Support team so that we could take a closer look at what's happening with your environment.

Hi Ashley
Thanks for the response to my Storyline2 issue.
Re-booting IE doesn't seem to help, I have to restart Windows again in order
to get the audio to re-commence on a course.
Using the same system, Chrome works fine all the way through every course.
I am more than happy to work with your support team.. I clicked on the hyper
link but this doesn't provide a viable page
(http://en-uk.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php).
Is there an email address or point of contact I can use?
Kind regards
