Audio Sync Issues with Storyline

Thanks Christine for responding. After multiple saves the audio issues still did not line up on the preview or publish view. So I closed it for the night and this morning all is well. I guess it needed a good night's sleep.

I am having exactly the same issue ... and rebooting the computer is not working! I sent in a support request just now.

I was able to find your support case (#00321746) and I see that Jonathan has already taken ownership of the case. You should receive a message from him soon. 

Also, I just wanted to confirm that we received the file you sent. The first response you received from Justin is a confirmation of the case creation. I apologize for any confusion.
