I am attempting to add audio to a custom next button so that, when triggered, the sound clip will play and the next slide will appear. I have created two triggers for the next button,
1. play audio whoosh when the user clicks next and
2. jump to slide next slide when the user clicks next,
however when previewing, the button takes me to the next slide but I don't hear the audio.
I'm not sure what I've missed, any/all help is appreciated.
Since your next button has two triggers attached to it (play audio and jump to the next slide), there's not enough time for the user to hear the audio since the slide change happens right away.
Instead, I'd suggest changing the Jump to trigger to When the media completes:
