I am trying to insert a video with my webcam into Storyline. It seems to record just fine, but the audio is not syncing properly with the video of me speaking. I tried to make the video in Encoder09 with the very same result. HELP!! Thanks.
So, if you record using either product the sound you recorded in the video isn't in sync with the video, correct? Sounds a bit odd, not sure if it's a lag from the recording itself, or from the camera.
If it's happening in both programs, it might be a sign that something's causing a delay that isn't specific to Storyline. Do you have multiple programs open? Try closing everything except for Storyline and see if there's any improvement. If that doesn't help, please try restarting your machine.
Also, have you had success with recording videos before, or is this your first time trying to do so?
Thanks for your reply. I went ahead and made a video in Quicktime and inserted it into my Storyline slide. That worked with perfect sync. Next time, I'll try your suggestion.
