Hi, just having problems with a video i recorded using the webcam on my project. When i preview the project the video is jumpy and delayed while the audio from the video is perfect. Any help would be great?
Could be any number of issues. I would recommend recording at different resolutions to see if this makes a difference. That way, you can start to narrow down where the issue might be.
I am working on the project for my boss who recorded the video. I was trying to fix the problem without re recording the video as she is not in the office today. Any advice?
See what the quality is on that file. It's possible that it was simply a bad capture. I've found that if I try to record an HD video from my webcam that results vary by machine (I'm guessing the power of the machine has something to do with the capture capability).

Sheila,
In that case, I'd publish it out and then grab the MP4 file from the published output. http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=st1&id=tpx9pxzjtkmv
