The audio volume on my laptop is good when I've published my modules. However other users have had major problems hearing the audio. I've tried 'optimising audio' in publisher and also increased the volume settings in audio as high as they will go to no avail.
Do I have to use audacity to solve this problem or is there another way? I can't understand why this is happening.
