Can you tell me more about why you need automatic scrolling on this slide? In general, I would recommend allowing learners to scroll manually at their own reading speed.
If you can tell us more about what you're looking to do, hopefully the community can offer alternative ideas!

The target audience is the students who are from underdeveloped rural areas.
The reason for using an automatic scrolling is to show the user that they have to scroll

In that case, you could add a short text box near the box with an arrow instructing the students to scroll to read more.
