Is there a way to make the iPad download videos in a Storyline presentation? I was experimenting with a presentation that includes video using it offline and was disappointed to see that even though I had selected the "available offline" button that the video in the presentation did not get downloaded.

Are you referencing web object videos or videos that you've inserted directly into the presentation itself?

It's an inserted video in the presentation.
