Background music on top of audio

I know you mentioned already checking previous posts, but if you haven't come across it yet, have a look at this post by Emily.  She gives a great workaround to getting your audio to play across all slides in a Storyline 360 course.

For your reference, here's where you can check which features are being worked on in Storyline 360.

I really appreciate the reply back. I see the list, yikes it's long. Yes, I did see Emily's post and I tried it. Unfortunately, it didn't work. And the example is no longer available to be sure I'm doing it right.

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 74, we've included important fixes and new features.

One of the new features we've included is: 

• Create immersive experiences with continuous background audio that sets the tone and keeps learners engaged.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

This great additional feature. Is there a way for us to customize when does the background music play? For example, I want the background music to play on the second slide instead for the first slide.

I'm glad to hear you liked the new background audio feature! There is currently no way to customize when the background audio plays, but we'll surely let you know when this additional feature is added to Storyline!

Good news! I'm happy to share that we just released Storyline 360 (Build 3.81.31200.0), which includes a feature to control the background audio for each slide using triggers to play, pause, or stop the playlist.
