Bad request (400) in Chrome with AICC course
Feb 12, 2015
Hello everybody,
I have problem with AICC course in Chrome.
We used Storyline 2 (newest version) and published a course as AICC. I tested course in cloud.scorm.com, there is no problem. But when I import course to LMS (we use Taleo Learn at fsoft.learn.taleo.net), I cannot complete this course in Chrome. In console, it show Bad request when get lms\blank.html from AICCComm.html line 340. But in Firefox, it gets blank.html file normally, therefore this course marked completed (see in attach file).
I also cannot bookmark course follow this discussion:

We use cross-domain model where LMS at fsoft.learn.taleo.net (cloud service), and AICC course at local server (http://clc.fsoft.com.vn).
Does anyone meet this problem? Can you give me some suggestion?
Other information, our local server is IIS 7.5.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Viet,
If everything worked as expected in your SCORM Cloud testing, have you reached out to your LMS team to see if they had any information to offer?
Hi Ashley,
Thanks for your suggestion. LMS team have not idea, because it runs normally in Firefox and error seem belongs to content.
I think at SCORM Cloud is not same situation, because content and LMS is same domain (cloud.scorm.com). In our case, it's cross domain.
Hi Viet,
If it's running normally in Firefox, than I'd suspect it's more associated with how Chrome is reading the information and loading the course. Have you tried a few other browsers?
Hi Ashley,
I tried with IE, and it's only running normally with IE9, IE10. Older version as IE7, IE8 also cannot complete course, althought in console, all IE show Bad request when get lms\blank.html from AICCComm.html
Hi Viet,
Did you review the information here on AICC courses not reporting completion correctly in an LMS, or the information here in regards to working in a cross domain environment?
Hi Ashley,
I tried two solution, and so lucky we did success with Working in a cross domain environment solution. Last time I try, our server cannot POST relay to LMS, and now it's ok.
Many thanks for your professional support .
Thanks Viet for the update and I'm happy to hear you were able to get things working.
