I use Storyline 3 (currently update 11) and have recently published a file in AICC. Normally my files work fine in the LMS with this setting in Chrome but for this particular file it won't load in chrome (put works fine in IE), it just has a a spinning wheel inside the player. The only difference is that I added the option "prompt to resume" whereas normally I have this option set as "Never"
So the question is, why would selecting this option make a difference? Does AICC not support this feature? We need to publish as AICC as the files for the LMS are hosted on an external server apparently.

Are all courses in the LMS environment behaving this way? If so, have you tried testing your course in another LMS environment like SCORM cloud?
Also, you mentioned that you’re hosting the Storyline files on an external server. If you’re hosting AICC content on a different server than your LMS, you may experience a cross-domain conflict. See this article for solutions.
