Bandwidth requirements to play video

Hey,
I wondered if anyone might be able to help me. I have developed an animation in After Effects and included this in my Storyline 1 project. The output of the video file are as follows:
- File size: 5,402 KB
- Length: 00:02:40
- Frame width: 968
- Frame height: 564
- Data rate: 223kbps
- Total bitrate: 271kbps
- Frame rate: 25 fps
- Audio bit rate: 48bbps
- Channels: 1 (mono)
- Audio sample rate: 22 kHz
My client is having issues playing the video, in that it is loading slow and a bit jittery. Would anyone know the advised bandwidth required by a user to watch this smoothly?
Would hosting the video on youtube provide more positive results? Obviously lowing the quality is one option to reduce the file size, but i'd like to be able to give a advised bandwidth requirement.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Al

The video size is really small so you shouldn't be having too many problems. Problems used to be had when the video resolution was larger than the story size in earlier updates of SL1 - not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Alex
