Hi, am having issues getting a base layer graphic to show when viewing another layer.
The graphic rests on top of a colored shape. When I click on the layer, the background shape shows up but the graphic disappears. If I unclick the shape on the base layer, the graphic shows up. It makes me think that somehow the order of the items get mixed up and the graphic is moved behind the colored shape for some reason.
Attached is a mock file that shows the problem. Any suggestions?

Yeah, this sometimes happens because the slide gets greyed out.
What you can do is uncheck the box that says "Dim" under the base layer, next to the buttons, now the view will be in colors and it displays properly.
