I have a course where the base layer objects are not showing on other layers. I have the setting "Hide objects on the base layer" unchecked and the objects are all visible according to the timeline. Does anybody have any suggestions as to why base layer objects would not show on other layers?
Are they individually hidden on the layers? Is there a background on the layer or the feedback master, finally (I think) does the layer have a background format set?
The most common cause for that is that the layers have a solid background fill. As Phil said, that could be on the Master Feedback layout or on layer itself.
Another possibility is that the base isn't "locked" for viewing.
