My client has come across an issue when uploading a course to their LMS, where some base layers objects are showing up on layers when the base layer is set to hidden (we have also placed a white rectangle in the background of the layers to try get around the problem). We are using Storyline 360.
It didn't do this when viewing in Articulate Review... only when it was uploaded to their LMS.
The client said they had a similar issue with text boxes back in an earlier version of storyline a few years ago, but we are both stumped with how to get around this one!
I would recommend you upload and test the zipped LMS package in Scormcloud (a free industry standard LMS) - if the issue is evident in Scormcloud you can then investigate the SL file - if it doesn't it may indicates an issue with the clients LMS

Wow thank you so much for replying so quickly!
I have uploaded to Scormcloud and it seems to be working fine (apart from some small lagging issues which I think might just be an internet thing).
Will investigate the client LMS further.
