I am using the Serenity theme in one of my courses. My Story view is perfectly fine but when I preview the slides, there is a grey overlay on the image that I have placed in the banner area. It is grouped with a bunch of other objects and "Sent to Back". I have checked the master slides but no luck. Nothing I do seems to remove the grey. Attaching the Story View and Preview images. Please advise on how this grey overlay can be removed?
Ok. So this is what is happening. I have cropped the banner image. This cropping somehow seems to grey the image out. I reset the picture and the grey disappeared. I am going to try cropping it elsewhere and adding it to the slide as a regular image and see if that helps.
Yes, it did help. I cropped the image and saved it as a picture using PowerPoint and then brought it into the course slide and no more greying. Still not sure what happened, but the issue is solved.
