I've realized that all of my slides' formatting look very off whenever I important PPT file to Storyline....What I some best practices to avoid this? I want the slides to look as close to powerpoint as I can.
Thank you for the links. However, I have been following all the steps from the link and the one you mentioned regarding the size.
The problem is that the template from masterslides from powerpoint look off as all the formatting and colour look weird once it is imported into articulate storyline.
Is there a way to prevent this? Our company could really benefit we could really utilize this feature.

One of the key pieces would be to set your Story size in Storyline to 1280x720 so that it will match the page size of PPT.

This could be related to the default Dark color scheme in the modern player. Have you tried adjusting that color scheme to Light?
Is this a PPT file you can share?
It also looks like the Storyline file is a 4x3 and not a 16x9 aspect ratio.
Is your Storyline Slide size 1280x720?
