In mobile view, the HTML background is not viewing as expected. the black view is loaded automatically. the background image is not loading. pls check if any settings should be changed
Pls check the screenshot in the attachment. Both in desktop view and mobile view.
The responsive player will default to the black top/bottom bars for anything outside the slide itself. If you've added additional components to the website you're displaying your Storyline content on those won't display.
This is the intended behavior of the responsive player, so there is not a change set up for this in Storyline 3, nor a plan I've heard of to change the behavior. Our product team loves hearing new ideas--so feel free to share yours with us right here. 😁
The responsive player is intended behaviour, I dont believe you will find a fix for this from Articulate, you would have to look at the player code and edit that.
Could you share a screenshot of what you see when you view your content on a mobile device? I'm having a bit of trouble visualizing what you're seeing. Thanks!
So it sounds like you would like to remove the black background altogether, is that correct?
The responsive player will display a black background around the slide itself if the slide size doesn't fill the mobile screen. As Phil mentioned, you may be able to adjust this in the player code, and I'll leave it to the community to share more tips on that!

We left and top justify our content. Is there a way to turn off the black page or have it be the same size as the content area?

I blocked the content and removed the mobile browser url but this shows the black I'm talking about.
Thanks, Paul!
