Black patch appears in modern player

Quick question!

Is there any known specific reason about keyboard navgation that some buttons are functional using space bar and others are using Enter key or both! This is for modern player.

Please let me know if same will follow in classic player too.

I'm asking this because Resume button in modern player is functional using space bar not by Enter whereas bookmarking pop up in classic player is handled by Enter key. This seems to be confusing.

Please check and let me know if I am missing something here.

Please note that while we Resume the course, key board navigation won't work. Which means we have to restart the course every time. This is a major issue and need to be resolved.

Hello, Ritesh!

When I resume a Storyline course, I am able to use the TAB key to navigate to the Resume button, then the SPACEBAR key to select the Resume button and resume the course. Is this what you're seeing, as well? 

I'm going to check in with my team to find out more about this behavior, and I'll pop back in as soon as I have more to share.

Yes, you are right!

But when the course is resumed after we press the SPACEBAR key and redirected to that page where we left off, course looses the focus. In doesn't matter how many times you press TAB key to go to the course content, it won't work. You have to clear the cookies or reset the course every time.

Thanks for your patience, and I know this was a big roadblock for you, but today's update should have you back up and running! 

Storyline 360, build 3.23.17480.0 was released earlier and fixed an issue where in the Modern Player, the Resume Button cannot be selected with the ENTER key. 

Once you install the update you'll need to republish your content to take advantage of the fix. Let me know if you need anything else!

In addition to the Modern Player bug Ashley mentions above, the same Storyline 360 update fixed the issue where a blank space would appear below slides. This would result in unnecessary scroll bars or the dark rectangle you're seeing below the content.
